Apps I paused still open
Daily Scroll Club uses Apple’s Screen Time tools. Open iOS Settings → Screen Time and confirm Daily Scroll Club still has access. If you revoked it, pausing stops until you turn it back on in the app.
I can’t change Apps & Sites
The list stays locked outside Daily scroll to help resist unpausing apps. You can edit it during Daily scroll, or with Emergency Access. To stop pausing entirely, revoke Screen Time for Daily Scroll Club in iOS Settings, or delete the app.
Emergency Access
Three uses per month. Using one resets your pause streak. The count resets on the first of each month.
I want to delete my account
Delete account lives in Settings when you are signed in.
